See what Poolsure sees when you have a communications-enabled pool chemical controller. Hourly controller readings and active controller alerts will reveal pool chemical imbalances as soon as they happen.
See your pool’s Saturation Index immediately.
If your log entry includes all of the information needed to calculate pool water balance, a Saturation Index will be calculated for you! This number will tell you whether your pool water is corrosive, scaling, or perfectly balanced.

Can I use the Poolsure app?
If your property has an active Water Management contract with Poolsure, then yes! Poolsure Mobile pulls live information directly from our database, which means that all Poolsure customers will be able to have full access to your pool information — exactly what our support team has access to when we troubleshoot with you!
Since Poolsure Mobile pulls active pool data from our system, only active Poolsure customers will be able to interact with the app.
How do I create an account?
To create your account, you will need to do the following:
- Download Poolsure Mobile.
- Tap “Request New Account”.
- Wait for Poolsure to email you a Poolsure Key.
- That’s it! Sign up using your email and your Poolsure Key.

What devices can the app support?
Poolsure Mobile is fully supported on devices that run iOS (Apple) and Android (Samsung, Google, etc.) operating systems. This includes most smartphones and tablets.
Poolsure Mobile cannot be used via a computer due to Bluetooth requirements. However, Poolsure’s Customer Portal will be accessible from both mobile and desktop upon its planned release in Spring of 2022. Please stay tuned for more developments!
What does the app cost?
Poolsure Mobile is currently free!
We want all customers to have full transparency and access to their pool information. Please note that certain app features require specific pieces of Poolsure equipment that are only available when included within the Water Management contract.
Poolsure Mobile cannot be used via a computer due to Bluetooth requirements. However, Poolsure’s Customer Portal will be accessible from both mobile and desktop upon its planned release in Spring of 2022. Please stay tuned for more developments!
